📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for the assigned country
• Act as country payroll SME, ensuring compliance
• Maintain data integrity and payroll accuracy
• Prepare payroll journals and reconciliations
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, mitigate risks
• Collaborate with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing end-to-end payroll processing
• Knowledge of payroll best practices and compliance
• Experience with French payroll processing
• Experience using Silae payroll software
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
