Process full end to end payroll in-house, filings, exceptions, approvals, payments
Ensure data integrity and quality
Accounting/reconciliations and focus on KPIs/SLAs
Mentor and support payroll specialists

🎯 Requirements

Payroll management or equivalent experience
Knowledge of payroll best practices
Proficient with SAP, Excel / Google Sheets
Analytical mindset and problem-solving
Adapt to fast-paced, international environment with impact
Autonomy and desire to improve workflows
