Payroll Specialist Lead - Poland (Individual Contributor)

📋 Description

• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and compliant with local regulations.
• Own end-to-end payroll for assigned jurisdictions, including validation and post-payroll.
• Act as subject-matter expert on country payroll requirements and regulatory updates.
• Support rollout of payroll services in new or expanding jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and risks, escalating complex issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-to-senior experience in Polish payroll operations.
• Experience in multi-country payroll environments and diverse systems.
• Strong payroll controls, reconciliations, and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus; awareness of automation/AI.
