📋 Description

• Deliver accurate, compliant payroll operations in Ukraine and assigned jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Payroll Ops, Tax, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.
• Lead end-to-end payroll execution: inputs, calculations, post payroll.
• Stay updated on regulatory, tax, and payroll developments affecting operations.
• Drive payroll process improvements and automation for scalability.
• Coordinate with internal and external payroll partners across borders.

🎯 Requirements

• Ukrainian payroll ops; end-to-end Ukraine payroll processing.
• Multi-country payroll experience with different systems/regulatory frameworks.
• Payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, compliance.
• Comfortable coordinating with internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Analytical, detail oriented; handle complex payroll scenarios.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.
