📋 Description

• Drive PCIe Gen5/Gen6 and NVMe issue resolution across manufacturing, vendors, customers.
• Forge partner collaborations with Taiwan SSD suppliers and flash controllers.
• Architect validation frameworks for PCIe, NVMe, SMBus across bring-up and regression.
• Innovate with automation using Python and AI tools to improve triage workflows.
• Champion local technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hardware interface expertise across host, PCIe, and CXL with PCIe Gen5/Gen6 validation.
• Proficiency with PCIe protocol analyzers, exercisers, jammers, I2C/SMBus tools, and Python test automation.
• Strong HW/FW problem solving across hardware-firmware with NVMe, SSD firmware, and PCIe LTSSM debugging.
• Fluent Mandarin and English, managing Taiwan ODM/JDM partner relationships.
