  • Scale payroll support to the Netherlands (BNLX).

  • Support Benelux team with payroll and policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • Belgian HR & Payroll expertise; Belgian labour law experience.
  • Fluent English and Dutch; French a bonus.
  • HRIS proficiency (HiBob) and strong Excel/Sheets skills.
  • Hands-on, compliant with detailed tasks; process improvement mindset.
  • Strong communicator translating local guidelines to managers.
  • Nice-to-haves: setting up new payroll providers, automations.

🎁 Benefits

  • Salary: €45,000 - €50,000
