🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or
• 2–5 years in People Analytics, HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning
• Experience applying AI tools to improve People processes and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, automation, and AI-driven ways of working.
• Knowledge of Organizational Development, workforce planning, organizational design, and performance
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
