Drive HR service delivery through data analysis and process design.
Build cross-functional partnerships across People, Employee Relations, Legal, and People Analytics.
Maintain confidentiality and communicate with stakeholders clearly and empathetically.
Utilize HR systems and reporting tools to identify trends and inform decisions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant HR experience.
Preferred: experience supporting employees outside of the US.
