Support Roblox managers and employees, inclusive of responding to their general process and policy
Assist managers with handling and resolving employee performance cases, accommodation requests and
Own elements of HR service delivery and drive operational excellence through effective teamwork
Build strong cross functional relationships with partners across the People team as well as
Demonstrate the highest standard of confidentiality and build trusted, productive relationships
Effectively utilize HR systems and reporting tools, maintaining data accuracy and integrity and

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
[Preferred] Experience supporting employees outside of the US
