📋 Description

• Partner with Content and Legal leadership and managers to understand talent needs and support
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant
• Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with the heightened discretion and care
• Support the unique dynamics of content and creative teams, including project-based work and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources roles with a focus on business partnership
• Experience supporting content, entertainment, legal, or professional services teams is a plus
• A track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with sound judgment in handling
• Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and confidential employee data, with strong project
