🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years HR/People experience; 3–5+ years in senior HRBP/People Partner
  • Experience with executive leadership in fast-paced tech or venture-backed firms
  • Proven ability to work with globally distributed, remote teams (Americas & EMEA)
  • Strong strategic acumen, EQ, data-driven mindset
  • Comfort with modern HR tech (HiBob, Ashby, Google Workspace, Slack)
