People Business Partnerships Director

📋 Description

• Lead HR for HR and Executive Office with enterprise HR strategy alignment
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into talent priorities
• Oversee workforce planning, leadership capability, succession, and employee engagement
• Provide executive coaching and guidance on organizational effectiveness and change
• Drive complex initiatives: restructures, operating model design, talent reviews, change management
• Utilize qualitative/quantitative people data to inform decisions and strategy

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications or related field, or
• 15+ years as HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR disciplines and local employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills; ability to influence at all levels
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on experience with day-to-day people operations
