  • Serve as primary intake and coordination resource for TMR programs and initiatives.

  • Participate in WelbeHealth's rotational program across multiple People functions for growth.
  • Provide general administrative support across all TMR areas.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; professional experience may be substituted.
  • 1-2 years in a customer-facing environment; People/admin experience preferred.
  • Energetic self-starter with initiative and genuine curiosity to learn.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure record handling per policy.
  • Interested in pursuing a career in a People function.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
