🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in senior People Partner/HRBP roles in tech environments.
• Experience with performance management, employee relations, org effectiveness.
• Strong ability to analyze engagement data and translate to actions.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of Indian labor law and statutory compliance.
