  • Lead Business Partners and recruitment teams with guidance.

  • Finalize department OKRs/KPIs with CEO Exec Office; drive objectives.

  • 6+ years HR with at least 3 years as HR Business Partner.
  • 2+ years proven team leadership experience.
  • Experience in high-growth startup or tech environment.
  • Expertise in recruitment, labor law, talent management, and L&D.
  • Working knowledge of immigration laws and processes.
  • Excellent command of English (speaking and writing).
