📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end People & Culture processes for Insider One’s technology teams.
  • Advise CTO and tech leadership on team structure, engagement, perf, learning & hiring.
  • Scale technical teams globally while maintaining an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Lead and mentor People & Culture BP and recruitment teams for tech
  • Oversee a recruitment team of around 10 people.
  • Track OKRs, define KPIs, and conduct regular one-to-ones to support development.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in HR; at least 3 years as HR Business Partner.
  • 2+ years leading and managing teams.
  • Strong experience with technical or product-driven teams (Engineering, Product, Data).
  • Prior experience in high-growth, fast-paced tech or startup environments.
  • Strategic mindset; translate business and tech needs into people solutions.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; strong stakeholder management.
