🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven data pipelines experience (SQL, Python, dbt/Airflow).
• Strong data science foundation: stats, ML, experiment design.
• Knowledge of HR/people data ethics and privacy.
• Hands-on with LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Excellent communication to explain models and workflows.
