Assist with onboarding coordination, background checks, IT provisioning, and handoffs between
Pilot AI-assisted People Ops workflows and document processes for automation

🎯 Requirements

2–3 years experience in HR, People Operations, or related admin/analytical role
Hands-on HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
Experience handling employee inquiries in a shared services or helpdesk environment
Ability to work independently and remotely with strong self-discipline
Personal accountability and attention to detail in data entry
Clear, professional written English communication
