People Operations & Automation Specialist

📋 Description

• Own and optimize People Team operational workflows across the employee lifecycle
• Design, build, and maintain automations, integrations, and workflows across HR tools to reduce
• Discover, implement, and oversee AI systems used by the People Team
• Serve as a subject matter expert for People Team tools, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Create and maintain clear process documentation and self-service resources
• Monitor data quality and operational controls for data integrity

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, People systems, or process improvement
• 1+ year experience with Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar tool
• Ability to design and implement automations and data flows with integrations
• Comfort administering HR technology and learning new tools quickly
• Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication
