People Operations Coach (SVP or C-suite)

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality one-to-one coaching to members through virtual sessions using dedicated
• Help members establish clear professional and personal goals, define actionable steps, track
• Support leaders in strengthening leadership capabilities, communication, decision-making
• Create a safe, empathetic environment for exploring challenges and being vulnerable.
• Communicate with members between sessions via email and in-app chat when appropriate to maintain
• Participate in required coach training to apply established coaching methodology consistently.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of professional HR experience, including managing HR teams and coaching/developing
• Current or previous experience at VP, SVP, C-suite, or equivalent senior HR leadership level.
• Experience in technology-related or high-growth environments.
• Strong track record of developing people, supporting leaders, navigating organizational challenges
• Formal coaching certification is a plus but not required; all selected coaches participate in
• Genuine interest in developing coaching skills and applying a structured coaching methodology.
