People Operations Coach (SVP or C-suite)

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality one-to-one coaching to members through virtual sessions
• Help members set clear goals, actionable steps, progress tracking, accountability
• Support leaders in leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving
• Create a safe, confidential environment for coaching conversations
• Maintain continuity between sessions via email and in-app chat
• Engage with the coaching community to share insights and improve quality

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years HR experience, including managing HR teams
• Current or prior VP/SVP/C-suite or senior HR leadership
• Experience in technology or high-growth environments
• Strong track record in developing people and leaders
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required
• High self-awareness, empathy, and psychological safety in coaching
