People Operations Coach (SVP or C-suite)

📋 Description

• Part-time, fully remote coaching role designed for senior HR leaders across Europe.
• Provide high-quality one-to-one coaching via virtual sessions and dedicated tools.
• Help members set professional/personal goals, actionable steps, and track progress.
• Support leaders in leadership, communication, decision-making, and workplace relationships.
• Maintain a safe, confidential environment and communicate between sessions as needed.
• Engage with the coaching community to share tools and practices and improve quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years HR experience, including managing HR teams and coaching/development.
• Current or previous experience at VP/SVP/C-suite or equivalent senior HR leadership level.
• Experience in tech, tech-adjacent, high-growth, or startup environments.
• Strong track record developing people and supporting leaders.
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Genuine interest in structured coaching and methodology.
