• Lead people operations for Europe, overseeing expanding team and processes.
• Scale and strengthen People Operations across Europe offices.
• Drive operational excellence, build scalable processes, and improve employee experience.
• Collaborate with POI and broader people team on efficiency projects.
• Ensure HR compliance with EU regulations where Wellhub operates.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency.
• 8+ years in strategic/generalist People Operations leadership, including tools, systems, processes
• Servant-leader with a track record of developing talent.
• Data-driven approach.
• Excellent project management to design and implement programs and processes.
• Knowledge of legal and employment compliance matters.
