🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of equivalent experience in a multi-state remote environment
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with HR tech stacks (Rippling, Lattice); comfortable using AI
Multi-State Compliance: Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws for remote work
Soft Skills: Clear communication, problem solving, independence, remote collaboration
Location: Ability to work remotely from anywhere within the United States
