  • Own the end-to-end onboarding for clinical staff.
  • Deliver and refresh the New Hire Orientation presentation.
  • Own onboarding tasks pre- and post-hire, incl. I-9 and background checks.
  • Maintain and improve the clinical onboarding program with feedback.
  • Manage Workday processes and serve as a point of contact.
  • Document Workday processes for transparency and consistency.

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years HR generalist/ops experience.
  • Experience in HRIS, ideally Workday, with data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with federal/state employment laws; healthcare HR a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accountability.
  • Strong communication skills for a remote, distributed workforce.
  • Google Workspace and MS Office proficiency; AI tooling helpful.
