People Operations Integrations Developer

📋 Description

• Build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools at scale.
• Develop Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs) supporting
• Collaborate with People Ops, Finance, IT, and Engineering to translate requirements into reliable
• Gain knowledge of hire-to-retire, compensation, benefits, and org management to inform design
• Monitor integration health, troubleshoot, and drive fixes with stakeholders.
• Document integration logic and maintain cross-team visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and/or
• Knowledge of XML/XSLT; Workday security configuration a plus.
• Interest in People Operations and ability to translate technical details for non-technical
• Strong communication and ability to own projects independently with guidance as needed.
• Nice-to-have: Workday Extend experience.
