🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in people ops/HR at high-growth tech companies.
• Deep expertise in India employment law, HR compliance, statutory requirements.
• Experience managing or implementing an HRIS (Rippling a plus).
• Built people ops processes from early stage: onboarding, policies, frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication for async, globally distributed teams.
• Autonomy with a charter-driven, playbook-light environment.
