People Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Be the local face of People Ops in Amsterdam.
• Own lifecycle support, compliance, and AI-enabled process improvements.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, and IT to scale globally.
• Ensure GDPR and local regulations compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes daily.
• Support global-to-local standards across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Netherlands labour laws knowledge incl IND processes.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• 4+ years in People Ops or service delivery.
• Experience implementing AI, automation for ops efficiency.
• Hybrid work: in office 1-2x per week.
• Experience with Workday and Jira.
