📋 Description

  • Build AI-enabled People Ops infrastructure and enablement

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in People Ops, HRBP, or Employee Relations
  • Hands-on HRIS experience (Rippling, Workday, HiBob, etc.)
  • Experience evaluating AI tools or automations in HR tech
  • Solid knowledge of US employment law; global exposure a plus
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and communication
