People Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own payroll ops across jurisdictions with accurate deductions and cycles.
• Serve as HRIS owner, automate workflows, ensure data integrity.
• Manage benefits with external partners.
• Build compliance systems for regs, leave, docs, and workforce needs.
• Oversee documentation, work authorization, credential tracking.
• Develop onboarding, lifecycle processes, and AI-assisted docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in People/HR Operations or scale-ups.
• Hands-on payroll, compliance, and workforce administration.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, sensitive conversations.
• Proven ability to design operational systems from scratch.
• Experience using AI tools to automate processes and reporting.
• Strong org skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
