People Operations Manager, Data & Reporting

📋 Description

• Own the People data and reporting built on top of it, plus a slice of operational work that
• Headcount, attrition and people cost reporting end to end.
• Build exec and board level reporting for leadership.
• Define metrics and ensure data quality behind reports.
• Own benefits administration and employee records end to end.
• Join a small HR Operations team during Rippling implementation with greenfield data structure

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of people analytics and reporting experience in fast-paced, scaling environments.
• Experience delivering people operations solutions across the talent journey.
• Experience in HRIS implementation or migration.
• Experience building reports from scratch and data quality governance.
• Strong ability to communicate data insights and methodologies clearly.
• Comfort with cross-country operations and employee lifecycle coverage.
