People Operations Reporting Analyst (Contractor)

📋 Description

• Reporting Analyst to join our People Systems & Analytics team.
• Build and manage Workday reports for HR and business stakeholders.
• Handle complex data requests and improve Workday configuration and data quality.
• Turn business requirements into clear, well-documented reporting solutions.
• Build dashboards and visualizations for non-technical users.
• Work within a structured project process (requirements, development, testing, documentation).

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in reporting/analytics or related data role.
• Workday reporting across Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Advanced
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and with SQL/Python/JavaScript
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs/Slides/Apps Script).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear reporting solutions and dashboards.
