People Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Be the go-to HR contact for ~300 employees across Tech and Product based in France
• Own the full employee journey: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments, certificates
• Build trusted relationships with employees and managers, and be genuinely responsive and helpful
• Payroll & benefits: Prepare and transmit payroll variables with precision and reliability
• Monitor employee benefits (health insurance, pension, meal vouchers) and ensure employees get the
• Spot inefficiencies and automate processes; lead or co-lead HR tool digitalization for a scalable

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a People Ops Specialist in a fast-growing company or startup
• Autonomy and strong prioritization in a fast-paced context
• Collaboration with HRBPs and cross-functional partners on a daily basis
• Growth mindset and ability to scale PeopleOps as the company grows
• HRIS expertise, especially Workday; interest in AI & automation to improve People Ops
• Fluent in French and proficient in English
