📋 Description

End-to-end employee lifecycle management
Onboarding, offboarding, changes, transfers, renewals
Maintain employment contracts and docs
Coordinate with EOR providers across jurisdictions
Ensure accurate records in HR systems
Support GDPR, policies, and Bulgarian labour law compliance

🎯 Requirements

3-4 years in People Operations or HR administration
Experience with employment contracts and lifecycle docs
Knowledge of Bulgarian labour law and compliance
International/multinational exposure
Familiarity with HRIS (HiBob, Workday, or similar)
Strong organization and communication skills
