📋 Description

• Operative HR administration across the entire Employee Lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, payroll
• Creation and management of employment contracts and related documents.
• Advising employees and managers on HR processes, policies and local labor law.
• Maintain data quality in HR systems.
• Support reporting, document management and knowledge management in People Operations.
• Collaboration with regional/global People & Culture teams for efficient, timely processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 1-3 years in HR Operations, Admin or People & Culture; junior entrants welcome.
• Fundamental understanding of HR processes and labor law questions.
• Interest in digital HR solutions; experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS a plus.
• Structured, detail-oriented work approach.
• Strong service orientation and communication/teamwork skills.
