Provide day-to-day support for People services and employee inquiries.
Manage data integrity across HR systems (BambooHR, ADP Workforce Now, Seismic, Checkr, OnBlick
Administer US onboarding and offboarding processes.
Oversee US immigration case management.
Ensure compliance and timely reporting, including trainings and EEO reporting.
Help manage HR help desk (Hiver) and electronic postal inbox (Stable) and payroll-related requests.

🎯 Requirements

2-5 years HR experience preferred.
Strong HR systems experience with an AI-forward approach to automation.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with all employees.
Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
