  • Partner with Head of HR and managers to shape people plans
  • Coach managers through difficult conversations and feedback
  • Own the employee relations caseload and investigations
  • Advise on policy and global employment law across jurisdictions
  • Support policy, data, engagement initiatives and program rollout
  • Contribute to culture, engagement and experience improvements

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business Admin or equivalent experience
  • Experience in iGaming is a plus
  • Hands-on ER experience and global employment law knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfort with remote teams and adaptable in fast-paced env
