📋 Description

• Act as the first contact for the People Team, supporting both business leaders and employees.
• Strategic partnering for Cafe leadership in decision making and solving employee issues.
• Deliver coaching and developmental feedback to Cafe leadership and cafe teams.
• Enhance every aspect of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Partner to set and implement talent acquisition strategies for Cafes/Production.
• Support cafe recruiter and oversee TA lifecycle for Cafes/Production; lead external hiring for

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as an HR generalist or Business Partner in consumer retail, hospitality, or production
• Strong knowledge of labor/employment laws; Japan-specific risk and HSE.
• Broad HR disciplines knowledge (TA, TD, C&B, OD) with practical judgment.
• Fluent in English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking).
• People management experience with at least one direct report or team lead.
• Experience with employee relations and handling difficult conversations.
