People Partner - Engineering

📋 Description

• Provide HR and people partner support to Engineering in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
• Partner with Senior People Partner for Engineering on performance, engagement, L&D, and
• Lead routine processes, support employee relations cases, and draft communications and
• Collaborate on People team and company-wide initiatives to drive inclusion and continuous

🎯 Requirements

• People Partnering/advisory experience in a scaling org, with core People practices and lifecycle
• Experience partnering with Engineering/technical teams and communicating to technical stakeholders.
• Strong employee relations with UK employment law knowledge; manage performance, grievances
• Ability to coach managers, influence decisions, and navigate sensitive situations.
• Experience delivering initiatives across engagement, performance, change, learning, reward, or
• Data-driven with ability to use HR data, feedback, and systems to identify risks and inform actions.
