📋 Description

• Be part of a small People team supporting SwingDev in Poland.
• Plan and run company events (onsite and remote).
• Handle onboarding and employee communications.
• Contribute to employer branding and social presence.
• Collaborate with office team to keep HR tools and benefits running.
• Support US colleagues with occasional evening meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in the People field (excluding recruitment/admin).
• Eye for detail, organized, and proactive.
• Team player who communicates well and embraces feedback.
• Polish native and English proficient.
• Willing to work from the Warsaw office 1-2x/week.
• Available for occasional evening calls with US colleagues.
