People Partner for Global Tech Teams

📋 Description

• Oversee Product and Engineering teams with core BAU activities
• Partner and coach leaders on day-to-day management issues
• Lead Talent strategy: performance, mentoring, career paths
• Engage in PX global projects; voice of Tech in initiatives
• End-to-end people process management in areas of responsibility
• Support onboarding through offboarding and development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with HR processes: hiring, training, performance, compensation
• HRBP experience: Org Design, Organizational Development, Change mgmt, Talent Mgmt
• Data-driven mindset; connect business needs to metrics
• Polish fluency and advanced English
• Nice to have Engineering partnership experience
• Labor law experience in Spain/Poland/Germany/Italy is a plus
