  • Serve as HR policy and employee relations contact for LatAm (Colombia, Costa Rica) and USA.
  • Help managers set goals and conduct performance reviews; ensure HR process participation.

  • Support development programs; identify growth opportunities and learning goals.
  • Communicate with employees via 1:1s and team meetings to ensure engagement.
  • Facilitate benefits administration for dedicated headcount.
  • Organize team-building activities and happy hours.

  • 3+ years HR experience in LATAM/US, fast-paced or tech-driven.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, talent management, and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with HR/benefit systems such as BambooHR, ADP.
