• Coach managers through performance and development conversations
• Navigate early Employee Relations and team dynamics issues
• Raise clarity, accountability, and standards
• Spot risk before it becomes systemic
• Escalate when needed, but not by default
• Operate close to the work, may travel to visit the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial judgment with HR experience beyond policy admin
• Able to challenge managers directly and handle tough conversations
• Experience coaching performance and development
• Experience with Employee Relations and team dynamics
• Willing to travel to visit the sales team
• Clear, direct communicator under pressure
