• Support business with compliant People Relations practices
• Guide leaders, provide expert advisory and training
• Hybrid role based in Colombia Support Office
• Manage labor law matters, employee cases, wellbeing
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure safe, fair environment
• Support labor relations strategy and local implementation

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in HR, Labor Law or related field
• 5+ years in People Relations or HR partnering
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law, bargaining and safety regs
• Experience with unions/workers’ representatives
• Excellent advisory, comms and stakeholder mgmt skills
• Fluent English and Spanish
