🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years owning a complex, multi-system HR tech estate and integrations.
• End-to-end HR system implementations (design, config, migration, testing, cutover).
• Strong HR data architecture, data models, field mastership, governance.
• Vendor management experience, accountable for product roadmaps.
• Hands-on automation and AI governance across HR systems.
• Strong cross-functional communication with non-technical stakeholders.
