🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday HCM.
  • Advanced Workday BP framework knowledge, data model, and security architecture.
  • Hands-on Workday integration tools: EIB, core connectors, SOAP/REST, Workday Studio.
  • Autonomous and proactive with strong problem-solving and prioritization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration across multi-functional, international teams.
  • Fluent English; French is a plus.
