📋 Description

• Vancouver-based talent strategy and people operations leader for Roblox Vancouver site.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and other tech domains, shaping hiring strategy and
• Partner with Recruiting, People Business Partners, and Engineering leadership to scale the team and
• Own office health and employee experience, from onboarding to events and feedback loops.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical domains (Engineering, Gaming
• Proven ability to hire senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets.
• Strong stakeholder influence and creative problem-solving in recruiting.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics and inform strategy.
• Experience building people programs and systems from the ground up.
• Startup mentality and openness to thinking outside the box.
