📋 Description

Maintain HR technology landscape and provide daily support
Collaborate across regions with HR, Finance, HRIT
Deliver system enhancements aligned to priorities
Perform maintenance, updates, and improvements
Support employee lifecycle processes and documentation

🎯 Requirements

0+ years in HR tech or related field
Experience with HR systems (Oracle, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Cornerstone, ServiceNow or
Familiarity with HR processes incl. talent acquisition and payroll
Exposure to system implementations or integrations
Knowledge of Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or design thinking
Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR)
