Support HR systems and employee experience
Maintain HR technology landscape and provide daily support
Collaborate with HR, Finance, HRIT across regions
Deliver system enhancements aligned with priorities
Perform troubleshooting and continuous improvements
Contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment

🎯 Requirements

0+ years in HR technology or related fields
Exposure to system implementations, integrations, or change initiatives
Knowledge of Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or design thinking
Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Experience supporting global or multi-country environments
Familiarity with HR processes including talent acquisition and payroll
