People Technology Integrations Lead (Engineer)

📋 Description

• Own integrations from design through production support, focusing on Workday at the center.
• Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot People Technology integrations.
• Collaborate with Workday functional leads to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop automation and AI-enabled workflows with enterprise tools and platforms.
• Improve reliability, data quality, alerting, and end-to-end employee lifecycle data flows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise integrations and People Technology with Workday experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and supporting integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware, iPaaS
• Strong data mapping, transformation, validation, monitoring, and production support skills.
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIBs, core connectors, Studio, RaaS, API).
• Experience with AI-enabled automation tools and HR workflows; familiarity with AI platforms for
